What type of coaching do you offer?

 Through a holistic and integrative approach I utilize my knowledge of the human body systems, biomechanics to create structured exercise programs that focus on correcting imbalances, building functional mobility, flexibility, and total body strength to not only help you achieve your fitness goals but protect your body from injury as you age. As a health and human performance coach I apply the philosophies of modern science and traditional medical systems to guide you along a journey of personal growth to achieve optimal mind body well being, find harmony and balance, and improve long-term performance.

Why would I need coaching?

​

There could be many reasons that you may want to hire a health coach. Many people tend to hire coaches when they are struggling to meet their weight and health goals, seeking to reduce their stress, discover their purpose, instill healthy habits into their daily routine, learn how to manage chronic disease, or prepare for a career change. The goal does not matter when it comes to why you need a coach, what matters is if you are ready to do the necessary internal work to live the life you deserve.

How does coaching work?

​

Coaching is a journey of self-discovery where you will be challenged to renew your thinking and shift your perspective in order to achieve true transformation. The coaching process is designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals with support and guidance, and during the sessions you will have my complete attention and focus. Your role is to fully participate in the coaching process by being open-minded, responding honestly to questions, be willing to think of new options, take risks and trust the process. It will make the journey worthwhile!

Am I a qualified participant for coaching?

​

I offer a wide variety of coaching and training services based on your needs that you can find under the 'Coaching Services' tab. I have everything from online training programs where you can train on the go as well as private coaching sessions that focus on cultivating mindfulness, goal clarity, and finding balance. If you have more specific questions about your coaching needs please book your Wellness Consultation so we can get to know each other more and design a tailored program just for you.
